Entrepreneurship in the humanities: applications open for the free course offered to Ph.D. students enrolled at in Italy's six national Higher Education Universities

Applications open until November 21st for the seasonal school sponsored by the IUSS School, scheduled from November 28 to 30 in Pavia

Applications are open until the 21st of November to take part in the seasonal school "Imprenditorialità nelle discipline umanistiche", promoted by the IUSS School as part of the project "Le Scuole Superiori ad Ordinamento Speciale: istituzioni a servizio del Paese", which involves the six national Higher Education Universities (IUSS of Pavia, Sant'Anna School of advanced studies of Pisa, Normale Superiore of Pisa, IMT Alti Studi Lucca, Gran Sasso Science Institute of L'Aquila and SISSA of Trieste). The course, which is free, takes place in presence, in Pavia, from November 28 to 30, and its main purpose is to bring awareness and value to research through the Humanities.

Ph.D. students registered in one of the six National Higher Education Universities may apply by sending their curriculum vitae and a motivational letter to kto@iusspavia.it. There are 30 places available, with 5 reserved for each school.

The course consists of numerous lectures, capable of stimulating the research group by encouraging teamwork and analyzing humanities research from different perspectives. From the Sant'Anna School, Andrea Piccaluga, professor at the Institute of Management, and Alessandra Patrono, U.O. Valorizzazione e Ricerca, are scheduled to participate.
